About

Mike graduated from Soka University in 2023. During his time at Soka, he received a degree in Life Sciences and competed with the men’s soccer team for all four years. He also did a three-year Spanish language and culture program and spent a semester abroad living with a local family in Barcelona, Spain. He played competitive soccer for 12 years before college. Throughout his athletic career, he had sustained and recovered from multiple serious injuries. Successfully overcoming the challenges of returning to high-level play following these setbacks ignited his interest in helping others to do the same. Mike is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Spinal Decompression Technician.
