Discovered mySpine while dropping a friend off at the urgent care near by. I had and been dealing with spine issues, tingling in my left hand and general discomfort all along my back for years. What I thought was just due to getting older I figured I just had to deal with it, periodically going to acupuncture or adjusting how I slept, getting different roller wheels to try and get relief for my back, I even had gone to other chiropractors who just told me I had to keep coming back, even though nothing was working and the pain would come back instantly after a session.
But I decided to give them a try. Dr. Justin was super easy to communicate, and explained everything clearly and after getting some x-rays was able to see how bad my spine was after a car accident I had been in over a decade ago. I appreciated that communication was open and honest and that the desire was for healing not to keep on getting treated for something to not work. I ended up getting spinal decompression for 24 visits. The staff are all super friendly, and Mike did an awesome job facilitating the decompression and giving and explaining PT exercises to do at home. 100% recommend them for spinal or back issues. Since finishing the treatment I have not been experiencing the same pain or tingling I was before. Very thankful for mySpine!

Every time I leave mySpine, I walk out feeling better physically (and mentally!) from the treatment by Justin and the warm welcomes from his entire staff. In the year plus that I have been receiving treatments, my mobility, and spine health have improved drastically to the point where any lingering back pain has disappeared. A bonus to me is that with all the treatments I've had, I'm able to play a round of golf pain free. Now, if only they could help with my putting...

It was my first time at a chiropractor and I will never go to anyone else! Dr. Lee was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. He walked me through everything that was wrong in detail, and helped me develop a home exercise program. I would highly recommend MySpine!

I really can’t afford to slow down. I’m active all day long, every day. As a business owner, wife and mom, I can’t afford to be “down” or take time off. Justin Lee and mySpine are terrific at just that – getting me back on my feet and moving again at full speed. Many of the players on my daughter’s soccer team go to mySpine as well to get back on the field quickly. I definitely would recommend Justin.

Today I finished the Rock-n-Roll 1/2 Marathon thanks to Justin!!! I had been looking forward to this for months and BAM, Friday at 3:00 I threw my back out. Justin squeezed me in on Saturday and Sunday I was able to finish!!!! Much gratitude!!! Amazing!!
